myVITA Victory is an open, self-paced course that guides UMKC faculty through preparing and polishing their myVITA record. Whether you hope to submit your vita for recognition or simply want to strengthen how you present your contributions, this course offers practical guidance, video walkthroughs, and clear steps to elevate your profile. Faculty who complete each step, including submitting their myVita Victory CV, earn a digital badge.
By the end of the course, you’ll have a clean, current vita ready to submit during the nomination window and a deeper understanding of how myVITA supports annual review, promotion, tenure, and your academic career.
In this course, you will:
- Navigate myVITA with confidence.
- Understand what matters most when preparing your vita for review.
- Export the correct myVITA Victory CV using the designated template.
- Upload your vita for the 2026 friendly competition (optional but encouraged).
- Celebrate your work with fellow faculty during the end-of-year luncheon.
