Full course description
The Transparency in Learning and Teaching (TILT) Sprint helps faculty improve student success and equity by making the learning process more explicit and accessible. Participants will explore the three components of the TILT framework, practice communicating expectations with clear, student-centered language, and revise one of their own assignments using transparent design principles.
By the end of this sprint, you will:

Revise at least one assignment using the TILT framework.

Gain tools and strategies to clarify expectations and reduce ambiguity.

Create a plan to extend transparency across your courses.
Format

Modality: Online, asynchronous Canvas course.

Length: 2–3 hours total, completed over two weeks.
