Welcome to Learning Outcomes & Alignment, a Flexible Online Teaching Recertification (FOTR) sprint offered by the Center for Advancing Faculty Excellence (CAFE). In this sprint you will use Bloom's Taxonomy and the SMART technique to write or revise course-level and module-level learning outcomes for one of your own courses, check that each outcome is aligned with an assessment, and learn a self-review process you can reuse every time you revise a course.
